Sung to the original tune by Robert Harkness (composed in 1906), this hymn holds so much comfort in its' words and tune. It speaks of a God who will hold me fast (tight), and will not let me go. No matter who I am or what I have done, He will always be my Father.

As we step into 2022, not knowing what is in store, we can rest in the knowledge that He will hold us close, and that we will never be alone.

However, I just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas 2021! Hope you are all doing well. Christmas can be a difficult time for many - so please make sure you have a support group around you.

This is the second of the two songs we recorded in a spontaneous recording. This song is a favourite of so many kids I know including my own - thanks to Toy Story! I've been honored to have amazing friendships in my life - some of them spanning decades. I am thankful for each and every one of you - I don't want to take friendships for granted and I look forward to all that the years ahead have in store for us!
